Awaiting Order Arrival
Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and 4–5 working days for other areas.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Whatsapp or email. You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.
Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues. If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact our support team on Whatsapp.
The courier will attempt delivery again. Please make sure your contact number is active so the rider can coordinate with you.

Refund
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer.
If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.
